Rated 4 out of 5 by from Normal Pickup Great. Subcontractors no good I scheduled the pickup. Got a message that they were busy and were sending a subcontractor to pickup the bag. The normal pickup is a guy with a waste management truck with a crane. Hooks up, picks up, loads, Gone. The subcontractors intended to unload the bag by hand into their truck, Stupid idea. Several phone calls back and forth and Looking stupid in front of my customer. After the fail sent the normal guy with truck and crane. Done and gone quick as usual.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome service Bought the bag at menards, $39 dollars I think, when ready for pickup was simple and easy, follow instructions on website.... pickup was tight , in a crowded alley in Chicago. Driver picked up the bag and even swept up minimal debris left behind, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bagster Easy to order pick up. Picked up as scheduled. But when the truck arrived it was not the bagster truck described in bagster information on what to expect. It was a truck with a dumpster. The bag had to be picked up with the forks on the dumpster truck then loaded into the dumpster. Which was done by the driver with great expertise. He could not have been more helpful or accommodating. But Waste Management should be ashamed of this kind of service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use Easy to use. Only issue we had was our scheduled pick up kept changing. We were told it was going to be picked up and it kept getting cancelled and scheduled for the next day. It was finally just picked up without any notice. It sat in our front lawn for over a week
