Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing Had my 4th experience with Bagster recently. The first three were flawless, everything I could ask for with respect to customer service and efficiency. This last one however left something to be desired. My pick up was canceled the morning of the scheduled pick up then rescheduled about a week later. The problem then was they subcontracted the work out to a couple guys who did not have the proper equipment. Instead of a crane they used a wench to drag it up a ramp carving tracks onto my lawn. The men themselves were respectful and did the best they could but I would never have scheduled this if I knew the crane/truck was unavailable. I’m sure WM has the same workforce issues as everyone else so I can understand to a degree. The bag is gone so mission accomplished on that front but I will hesitate to do this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful service so far I called in and scheduled a pick up for my bagster unit. I moved it into my driveway because they said it would be picked up within 5 days and that they would notify me if there was any delay. they never picked it up and didn't inform me that it was being rescheduled till 2 days after the fact. I called in to verify when they were going to pick it up had to stay on the phone for 20 plus minutes to get a hold of someone. They couldn't tell me why there was a delay or when it would be picked up. then 2 days later they notified me that it would be picked up last Friday. it was not picked up and I was not notified that there was any delay. I tried calling again today to find out why and was told the wait time to talk to someone was over 20 minutes. my driveway has been blocked with this bag for close to 2 weeks and they are impossible to get a hold of

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent waste disposal solution. Pickup was prompt and clean. No spillage and nothing left behind. The workers were polite and helpful.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor communication Poor communication. I put in my order to pickup the bag clearly noting it was in the bed of my truck but that never got addressed until the truck was dispatched. It cost me an extra $50 even though the dispatcher said he would reroute the truck, he did not, so the truck came. They could have easily pulled the bag off the truck (rather then lift it) which is what I had to do. They did not! After that the bag was scheduled and cancelled 3 times by WM before they finally came to get it!
