Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier than I thought it would be! I was expecting the worst. That the bag wouldn't hold and would rip open and dump garbage all over my driveway. However, this was super sturdy and we filled it to the top and held. It was picked up next day with no problems. Definitely recommend as it's cheaper than renting a dumpster for smaller jobs!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hot mess Was never told there was a 5 day window. I was told the bag would be picked up on wed, thurs or Friday. We received an email the bag would be picked up on Thursday 05-09-19. Great.....payed for it and scheduled for construction crews to start work on my house the following day. I was also standing on my front porch when your truck passed my house on 05-09 at 4:45. Watched as it crossed the street turned around and sat at the stop sign for about 5-10 mins. And then drove away. The drive reported he had run out of time. Wow. Today is Friday and I have vehicles parked along the street and on my front lawn because that bag is still sitting in my driveway. I have called three times to try to find out when it will be picked up. All the customer care rep can say is “we have not been given the schedule yet. So....apparently it is you Waste Management who is not being responsible. Please tell me how you can schedule a pick up, don’t make the pick up and not be able to manage the pick up for the following day. Hot mess!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, economical and quick! The bagster was just the right size for what I needed and the price was right for removal. Pick-up was extremely fast-the next day after I called for removal! The whole process was convenient, quick and a satisfying experience.
