Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing collection The bag was great but for a roofing project the collection was terrible. Instead of lifting the bag on the truck as shown. They tossed the singles onto the truck. I put a tarp under the bag to make sure nails didn’t get on my driveway. I have picked up dozens of nails so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Reschedule 5 Times, Major Inconvenience The bagster requirements are specific, so ensure you read the instructions. Kitchener, ON service is horrible. I have a 6 car driveway, the bagster is 15 feet from the street on the driveway. I have watched WM garbage trucks come, look at it from the truck and drive away. I then get an email 15 minutes later saying it will be picked up the next day. Each day you must ensure the driveway and road entry is clear of all cars, from 5am to 7pm. They won’t come ask you to move your cars, as I had to reschedule one day because I wouldn’t be home to have others move their cars. Over 5 business days later, it’s been moved to another day 5 times excluding my request. Just buy a normal bin for the same price, bin companies will reliably pick it up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unpossible Interesting enough Bagster would not pick up our Bagster even though it was in the exact same spot it was a couple of years ago. Claiming the electrical wires were too close.
