Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Convenient We were moving and needed to get rid of junk. The whole process was very simple. We got the bag at Home Depot and paid online. The bag has a lot of capacity and we were able to fit everything in it. The bag was picked up on the scheduled day with no problem. Very happy with the results.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You put it in a bag, they take the bag! Going the dump got dicey during COVID so we had accumulated more stuff than usual. Bought the bag on Amazon for $31 total. Setup a pick up date online. Due to COVID the pickup was a five day window in Columbia MD. They came on the third day. The pickup cost in our location was $175. My bag was a little overfilled but the driver picked it up without a problem and poof it was gone! $206 dollars to save us probably three dump trips during a pandemic ain't too shabby. Only issue was that the images on the packaging are a misleading regarding the size. I wish I had watched videos and perhaps I would have bought two.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely difficult to get a pick up I don't understand how you can sell a product in the city that has so many restrictions on pick up. I have a large drive way behind my house and was told its not wide enough for them to drive down even though there are no houses behind me its my allyway/driveway and then the street so it's fairly wide.I asked if I hooked it up to my truck and dragged it to the end of the driveway by the street if they could take it. I was told it needs to be on my property and that the power lines are too low. So basically your selling this product to people in a crowded city knowing that 90% of the people who buy it won't be able to have it picked up because we live in rowhomes on top of each other. Even if you have a private driveway they wouldn't be able to pick it up because there are too many cars around and there's power lines everywhere. And then I'm charged a $50 fee for nothing. So I'm stuck with a $100 dumpster bag and then charged extra for them to not pick it up. Save your money and call the 1800 junk people they didn't give me a problem taking it.
