Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed with no other options I had a TERRIBLE experience. The scheduled pickup was cancelled due to "narrow access." I have had my bags picked up in that same location 4 times previously. I even took a measuring tape and measured the width of our alley, which fit their guidelines. I talked to three different customer service representatives- the only reason I'm leaving 1 star is for the super helpful agent I spoke to in the end. She reimbursed the $50 charge for their inability to pick up the first time. I wish there was a competitor. Next project I'm planning to use our city dump rather than investing more time in WM.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best way to remove construction materials I was amazed. I demolished a 10x20 shed and loaded it into the bagster. The 4x8 plywood stressed the corners but the bag didn't rip. It was loaded and removed without any issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & Easy Easy, convenient and quick pick-up. Perfect size for when the job is to large for weekly carrier, but too small for large dumpster service.
